X Detector is a free and multilingual AI content detector that identifies text generated by popular AI models like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. It is designed for students, educators, and writers to maintain academic integrity and content originality.
The detector supports over 20 languages and uses advanced detection methods, including corpus-based comparisons and language model analysis, to achieve a detection accuracy of over 99%.
How to use it:
1. Go to the X Detector website and paste suspected AI-generated content into the text field. The system can process up to 5000 characters per session. For longer texts, divide the content and check in segments.

2. Click the “AI Detector” button, and the AI will begin dissecting the text, analyzing the probability distribution of each word and looking for patterns characteristic of AI language models.
3. I pasted some text generated by ChatGPT into X Detector as a test. After hitting the ‘AI Detector’ button, I got my results quickly. The tool showed me there was a 91% chance the text was created by AI, and only a 9% chance a human wrote it.
