Flare is an AI-native voice-first social app that replaces the scrollable feed with a personalized voice briefing about your life and your friendships.
You capture real-time moments as video, photo, voice notes, or moods, and an AI Orb, powered by three agents, turns them into a daily spoken update.
This app is designed for people who want a private-feeling social app with no likes, follower counts, comment threads, stranger feed, or endless scroll.
It’s great for close-friend updates, mood sharing, and voice briefings, better than creator-style posting.
Features
- 4 capture types: short video (up to 15 seconds, in-the-moment only), photo (camera only, no camera roll), voice note (up to 30 seconds, auto-transcribed), and mood (emoji plus text label).
- 3 AI agents analyze your activity: Spark logs events as they happen, Mirror identifies patterns in your behavior and friendships, and Bond tracks what is forming between you and specific people.
- The Aura Orb delivers a structured voice briefing of 90 to 180 seconds each time you tap it.
- Briefings are bidirectional: the Orb speaks, then opens a short exchange for your responses.
- Agents unlock progressively: Spark activates after your first flare, Mirror at 7 flares, Bond at 12 flares plus at least one connected friend.
- Each Orb is unique: lifestyle categories from your flares map to colors that form an animated shader pattern distinct to each user.
- The proactive feed surfaces narrative cards from agent observations rather than chronological posts.
- Location tagging is optional and GPS-based per capture.
- Voice output runs on ElevenLabs Conversational AI.
Use Cases
